Doug was a true treasure to the Northwest Democrat Alliance and the Dale E. Haws Memorial Scholarship. His wisdom and humor were always available. Doug was always available to help in any way that he could with his time, energy and quick sense of humor. Doug truly loved his family and extended family and spoke of them often. Doug will be missed by everyone he met beyond what words can express. Our sincere and deepest sympathy to Bill, Pat and the McElhaney Family.
